"Reginald Nairon brought this action against Horace Joel Holland and Holland Medical Equipment, Inc., claiming intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy resulting from “harassing and abusive” telephone calls made to the plaintiff by Mr. Holland and others connected with him.
